Please note the following: "Premium Rating" condos will fall into a higher rental rate. Rates below are
quoted for "Select Rating." Also, some condos require additional payment for reserved parking. These are
both options, and not required on all condos.

Each Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer (no clothes soap & softener), an initial supply of paper products
only are provided, pool closes at 10pm.
For special “in-between” cleaning due to emergency can be performed by housekeeping staff for additional fee.

The stated condo fees include “all inclusive of all fees and taxes for the stay”, including cleaning before and after
departure. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is anytime before 11am.
As you reserve your condos an earnest money deposit by credit or debit card or check is required within 7 days of
reservations.
If you cancel within the 7 days of arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited.
