7 am Tai Chi on the Beach - Mike Frazier -
Tai Chi is an Ancient Chinese martial art, which, if practiced regularly, will enhance your feelings of tranquility and
harmony. The movements will help to reduce stress and improve our vitality, circulation, balance, coordination,
flexibility, and much more. A heightened sense of well-being and better all-over health often accompany the practice of
Tai Chi and it’s a lot of fun!
7:45 am Maya Morning Meditation on the Beach - Karen Rollins -
These meditations will be short, 10-15 minute in-tune-ments to the Sacred Energies of each day. Begin your day by
being aware and harmonious with the intention and purpose described in the Maya Calendars.
8 am Yoga on the Beach - Carolyn Hall -
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Join Carolyn Hall to practice the postures, breathing exercises and meditation to make
you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up—all at the same time.
4 pm Chair/Floor Yoga - Carolyn Hall -
Tuesday and Thursday in the Social Room. Join Carolyn Hall to practice the postures, breathing exercises and
meditation to make you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up—all at the same time.
During this hour, Carolyn will share a variety of practical yoga moves suitable for beginners and experienced alike.
8 am Dancing with the SSS Stars Poolside - Phil Hayes -
Monday, Wednesday and Friday - As a student of dance, join Phil to practice the latest “Swing” and “Cha Cha” moves.
8:30 am Meditation with Nettie - Nettie Morse -
Condo 1208. Learn the Why’s and the How’s of meditation; consciously directing your attention to alter your state of
consciousness. Traditional meditation is used for spiritual growth, i.e. becoming more conscious, unfolding your inner
light, love and wisdom, becoming more aware of the guiding presence in our lives, accelerating your journey home to your
true self - your spirit. Meditation has become a valuable tool for finding a peaceful oasis of relaxation and stress relief
in a demanding fast paced life. A pathway to health.
9 am Tai Chi Poolside - George Faithful -
will teach the first seventeen moves in the Toist Tai Chi Set. They can be learned in 2-3 days. He will also do various
stretching exercises that are used in this style of Tai Chi.
9 am Create the Life You Love - Patty Henderson
Within Create the Life You Love it is my hope you find your way back to your center where you will listen to your
intuition, your inner voice, and find the pathway to your dream and the journey to serve whatever purpose is yours to
serve. First class is held Monday 1 pm in the main conference room, then Tues. - Fri. 9 am in Condo 807.
Community Meal - Large Conference Room -
Each evening meal (Monday –Thursday) will be a beautiful blend of foods provided by our own family members. Times
vary according to evening entertainment. Check daily activities for time or meal schedule on page 19.
Sand Sea and Spirit will host Supper on Sunday and Friday.
Labyrinth on the Beach -
Dale Sparlin will lay out a classical seven-course labyrinth on the beach, refreshing it each morning before dawn. It will
be available the entire week. To find its entrance, look for the Tibetan prayer flags flying in the breeze.
