| WE ARE ALL SHINING STARS!! AND A COSTUME PARTY GIVES US THE PERFECT VENUE TO LET OUR CREATIVITY AND SELF EXPRESSION SHINE IN A FUN, SAFE AND LOVING GROUP. BRING YOUR FAVORITE SONG ON CD OR I-POD (OR CHOOSE ONE FROM A LIST OF POPULAR MUSIC AVAILABLE). DRESS UP, SING AND/OR DANCE ALONG WITH THE MUSIC... OR PUT AN "ACT" TOGETHER WITH SOME FRIENDS, YOU CAN COORDINATE COSTUMES AND HAVE SOME PRACTICES EVEN BEFORE THE CONFERENCE STARTS... OR JUST COME AND BE AN ENTHUSIASTIC, SUPPORTIVE AUDIENCE FOR ALL THE STARS. LET YOUR STAR-LIGHT SHINE! |

| "LET YOUR STAR-LIGHT SHINE" WORKSHOP - 2 HOURS ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON THE THOUGHT OF PERFORMING IN FRONT OF AN AUDIENCE IS SIMPLY TERRIFYING TO MANY PEOPLE .... BUT PUSHING PAST THAT FEAR TO LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE IS SUCH A POWERFUL AND UPLIFTING EXPERIENCE. THIS FUN AND INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP WILL GIVE YOU THE TOOLS TO DO THAT IN A SAFE, LOVING AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT...THEN IF YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL, YOU CAN PERFORM A SONG AT THE "SHINING STAR SHOW". AN ADDITIONAL COACHING/PRACTICE SESSION WILL BE OFFERED PRIOR TO THE SHOW. LINDA GRIMES WILL ALSO OFFER A PRACTICE/COACHING SESSION ON WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE ONE PRIOR TO THE SHOW. |
| We will be hosting a mask decorating class on Wednesday to start the creative ideas flowing. Justine Marple is facilitating a “Mask Decorating Class” Sand Sea and Spirit will provide eye masks and basic decorating feathers, jewels, etc. Justine will have a few of her own specialty items. We will also have a full face mask, image below, available for purchase, if you would like. Bring your own decorations and/or mask if you choose. Justine has been creating unique, one of a kind jewelry pieces for many years. Flair, outrageousness and personal style – Justine is a master; she can help you tap into these, too. We are very blessed to have her facilitate this class. |
