Breakfast
Buffet Supper on Sunday the 12th and Friday the 17th
is provided by Sand Sea and Spirit.  

Community Suppers will be offered each evening, Monday through Thursday
in the Community Room (large conference room).

Each evening will feature a bounty of delicious dishes.  
We request each participant to provide a dish for one evening.
By providing just one dish during these four days,
you are welcome to join us for supper each evening.
Breakfast available between the hours of 7:30-9:30 am
    Smoothies, Juices or Breakfast Drinks
    Bagels and/or Muffins
    Boiled Eggs
in our Community Center (large conference room).
Lunch
Please check your Welcome Bag for coupons to a variety of local restaurants.
Many offer great lunch specials.

It's more than "Just a vacation."
    Please note during our entire event, we will focus on Reuse, Reduce and Recycle.

    We are blessed with such Beauty from our Earth Mother,
    we desire to honor her by minimizing our footprint.
Throughout the retreat, we will ask that you bring your
plates, mugs, glassware, and flatware for mealtimes.

If you would like to leave your service in the meeting room kitchen,
you are welcome to do so.  

Sand Sea and Spirit will provide cloth napkins,
dish towels and dish cloths for breakfast and supper.
Recycle Bins
are available
in the
conference
room for
recycling
plastics
and
aluminum.
